1 green broccoli
200 g Fresh Monte Veronese PDO
100 g cooked ham
Salt, pepper, olive oil to taste.
20 g butter
4 tablespoons of grated mature Grana Padano PDO
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Steam (or alternatively boil) the cauliflower and broccoli in small pieces; in the meantime boil the thinly sliced potatoes for 5 minutes. Cut the Monte Veronese PDO into thin slices and the ham into strips; season the vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grease a baking pan, put the parboiled seasoned potato slices on the bottom with a drizzle of oil and prepare a pie alternating a layer of vegetables, one of cheese, one of ham and so on. Finish with nutmeg, flakes of butter and a sprinkling of Grana Padano Stagionato PDO. Bake at 180° and serve hot.
