150 g flour
120 g butter
100 g of grated Mature Grana Padano PDO
salt to taste
For flavoured biscuits: sesame seeds or green olives or rosemary as preferred.
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Put the flour in a mixing bowl with the finely grated Grana Padano Stagionato PDO, breadcrumbs, flakes of butter and salt. To enhance flavour, add the chopped olives or sesame seeds or finely chopped rosemary to the mixture.
Knead to a smooth dough, roll out with rolling pin and cut the dough with biscuit moulds.
Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180° for 10 minutes..
